    ### 発生している問題

    Snow Monkey Forms : 6.4.0

    サーバー：エックスサーバー

    送信、確認画面ボタンを押してもボタンに読み込みのようなものが表示されて、進まない状況です。

    デベロッパーツールのコンソールで以下の表示がありました。

    Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ‘<‘, “<br />
    <b>”… is not valid JSON
    at JSON.parse (<anonymous>)
    at y.onreadystatechange (app.js?ver=1710989635:1:2925)

    何が原因でしょうか。お手数ですがよろしくお願いします。

    ### 試したこと

    新たに別のフォームを作成して試しましたが同様のエラーがでました。

    なにか裏でエラーが出ている気がします。エックスサーバーならコントロールパネルからサーバーのエラーログが確認できるので、送信時にエラーが出ていないか確認してみてください。

    お世話になります。

    原因がわかりました。プラグインの「Table of Contents Plus」が有効化していると送信できなくなるようです。

    直近で他のサイトでこのプラグインを併用していても問題なかったので、まさかこのプラグインがフォームに影響するとは思わなかったので見逃していました。申し訳ありません。

    ブログでこのプラグインは使用したいのですが、このプラグインを廃止するしか方法はないでしょうか？

    お手数ですがよろしくお願いいたいます。

    なるほどです。Snow Monkey Forms は REST API で画面の切り替えや送信を行うですが、REST API は他のプラグインの処理の影響（フックされた処理）を受けるので、Table of Contents Plus のほうで REST API を考慮せずに処理している部分がもしかしたらあるのかもしれません。

    Snow Monkey Blocks にも目次ブロックがあるのでそれで良ければそれを使うか、Table of Contents Plus のほうにも報告して確認してみてもらうのが良いかもです。

    バージョンの問題とかもあるのでしょうか。同様にプラグインを併用しているサイトで、少し前のバージョンのサイトは問題なく動くようです。

    Snow Monkey Blocksの目次機能もカスタマイズで自動表示できそうなので、ひとまず今回はこちらを使用したいと思います。

    Snow Monkey + Snow Monkey Forms + Table of Contents Plus だけのシンプルなテスト環境をつくってみたのですが、問題は再現できませんでした。

    もしかしたら他のプラグインやカスタマイズコードが影響しているのかもしれません。
